Welcome to my wiki! Here I will guide you through the different parts of the project done for the Genome Analysis course 2020. I chose to work with paper 4 (Metabolic Roles of Uncultivated Bacterioplankton Lineages in the Northern Gulf of Mexico “Dead Zone”, Thrash et al. 2017) that studied the metabolic roles of uncultivated bakterioplankton by using metagenomic and metatranscriptomic methods.
