This is a part of the efforts to integrate with TorchRL #54 with @vmoens

Motivation and Context
To make it easier to integrate with TorchRL via tensordicts and tensorclasses.
How Has This Been Tested?
Not so far, tests will run on CI. Manual verification is possible.
