Contains model code for Spatial IPM mismatch manuscript. The operating model and generalized spatial integrated population model(IPM) is availble in this repository. R code used to conduct all the simulations is provided as well as .dat files to reproduce the primary match/mismatch scenarios. All code is located under the Spatial_EA folder.
