encountered syncing issues when adding/removing targets from database. Table was transitioning back and forth between stale and new renders. I reworked the logic, removing some unnecessary callback functions. Not sure why they were there to begin with.
It was also found that editing rows was sending 2 saves. I will create a separate issue for this because I was not able to provide a quick fix.
