• HPKE key pair generation with file verification

Repository Fixes

As part of the validation process, this PR also:

• Fixed broken src/pty.rs file that contained placeholder code
• Removed duplicate src/src/ directory structure
• Restored the missing generate_replay() function needed for PTY session processing
• Ensured all builds and tests pass successfully
