Builds the bitcoin-core image with both linux/amd64 and linux/arm64 architectures. Should be able to run natively on RaspberryPi and Apple M3 chip hardware.

Resolves #5

I considered removing the multi-arch build from the test workflow since it takes almost 4 hours to complete, but decided to leave it in since we would want to know in advance if it builds OK before merging to main.
