- Build sekai image from sekai.Dockerfile (contains sekaid + scaller)
- Remove shidai build step (shidai eliminated)
- Fix deprecated ::set-output syntax to use GITHUB_OUTPUT
- Update compose.yml sed to update sekai version instead of shidai
