This change allows SAUCIE to run in environments that use the newer version of tensorflow 2.x.x. Should merge after dependabot's merge (KrishnaswamyLab#35).

This change allows SAUCIE to run in environments that use the newer version of tensorflow 2.x.x. Should merge after dependabot's merge (#35). Ideally code should be revamped to tensorflow 2.x.x; however, this quick fix should solve some people's complaints.
