Updated the 3ds.nfshost.com link to 3ds.titlekeys.com to facilitate proper program function.
Shamelessly copied code from CIAngel to allow HTTPS.
Took code from CIAngel to add HTTPS support for 3ds.titlekeys.com.
I fixed some C++ code in a C file as well as some dependencies not included with the original code. TinyXML2 is a REQUIREMENT! I don't want to mess up by uploading his source to a project with my name on it.
TinyXML2 wont sue me for adding the source, so here it is for a clean, easy-ish compile.

I added JSON support for the new ticket website, got rid of the need for temporary .tik files, auto-detect region based on system, added some missing region options, and did some overall code cleanup
