Repo with files to transfer data from behaviour/imaging computers to the server.
To use:
- Add your behaviour pc and corresponding network paths to your other associated computes in the get_associated_computers function
- Edit path to repo data_transfer_and_run.py from transfer_data.txt file and save as a .bat file to execute from Desktop from your behaviour computer.
