This repository contain code to accompany the manuscript Modeling the effectiveness of olfactory testing to limit SARS-CoV-2 transmission by Daniel B. Larremore, Derek Toomre, and Roy Parker.

The code requires:

  • python
  • numpy
  • matplotlib
