I've implemented JetBrains settings using the nix-jetbrains-plugins flake you suggested. The implementation includes:

• Added nix-jetbrains-plugins as a flake input
• Created jetbrains.nix module for declarative IDE and plugin management
• Configured IntelliJ IDEA Ultimate and WebStorm with common plugins
• Updated documentation with setup instructions

The configuration uses the buildIdeWithPlugins function to automatically manage compatible plugin versions. Additional IDEs (GoLand, Rider) are available but commented out initially.
