Test of connection with GitHub Empty projects for GUI and Test
HardwareIF for Lcd and Buttons added, conditional compiler symbol Ev3Simu switches Simu=Debug and Hardware=Release. Lcd and Buttons adapted to use HAL files.
SimuGUI (WPF application) and TestProg (very rudimentary) compiled in Debug only.

created a branch with Ev3Simu stuff to be sure not to disturb the master branch.
