This pull request includes a small change to the frontend/src/components/Navbar.jsx file. The change updates the link and its active state condition from /announcements to /posts.

• frontend/src/components/Navbar.jsx: Updated the to attribute and the isActive condition from /announcements to /posts in the Link component.
