More Scrapbook Text assets | applied to Team section

This pull request expands the capabilities of the ScrapbookText component and updates the Team page to use it for improved visual consistency and style. The main focus is on increasing supported letters for scrapbook-style rendering and integrating this component for headers on the team page.

Enhancements to supported letters and asset mapping:

• Expanded the set of supported letters in the ScrapbookText component to include A, D, F, G, I, K, N, R, U, and V, and added corresponding asset mappings in letterAssets. [1] [2]

Team page UI updates:

• Updated the main team page header to use the ScrapbookText component for a scrapbook-style "Meet the Team" heading.
• Changed department section headers to use ScrapbookText for consistent scrapbook-style rendering and adjusted their layout to be left-aligned.
• Imported the ScrapbookText component into the Team page to support these new headers.
