- Browse and hire from a pool of 20 unique employee templates, each with distinct skill ranges and personality traits
- View your full workforce roster with detailed stats: skills, traits, wages, fatigue, and current assignments
- Fire underperforming employees when needed
Each employee has three skills that grow through on-the-job experience:
- Driving — Affects fuel consumption and AI work speed
- Levels 3-4: -5% to -10% fuel consumption
- Levels 5-6: +5% to +10% AI work speed
- Levels 7-8: -15% fuel
- Levels 9-10: -20% fuel, +20% speed
- Harvesting — Affects crop yield
- Levels 1-2: -5% to -3% yield penalty
- Levels 3-4: Normal yield
- Levels 5-6: +3% to +5% bonus yield
- Levels 7-10: Up to +15% bonus yield
- Technical — Affects equipment wear
- Reduces wear from 0% (level 1) up to 62.5% (level 10)
Skills progress quickly at low levels but require real investment at higher levels:

Experience is earned automatically while employees perform tasks (driving, harvesting, fieldwork, etc.).
Each employee can have up to 2 personality traits that modify their performance:

Traits stack multiplicatively when an employee has two traits.
Employees earn milestone titles as they level up, providing permanent bonuses:

Milestone achievements trigger in-game notifications.
- Train employees at any time by spending money to instantly level up a skill
- Training cost scales exponentially with skill level
- Cooldown between training sessions: 2 days (levels 1-5), 3 days (levels 6-10)
- Strategic choice: invest in training or let skills grow naturally through work
- Assign employees to specific tasks: sowing, cultivating, plowing, harvesting, mowing, mulching, baling, and more
- Skill gates ensure employees meet minimum requirements before taking on advanced tasks
- Task assignment respects vehicle compatibility and employee qualifications
