As part of my changes on Swiftfin, I added support for a header on the CollectionVGrid, as we can add whatever required view to that programatically and use the same scrolling system from the current grid.
This will allow us to add title and filter buttons to the libraries. If no header is added, all the functionality will stay as it is.
