adding in mixed zip using GLMMadaptive package
adding in seperate config energy_default_config to add in nCars and lmmTobacco seperately from existing model until we're truly happy with them. also useful later anyway.
adding in file to run transition models on an arc node. I've been disconnected too many times before they finished running..
updating ncars and ncigs into main dataset.
also vis in handovers for ncars and non-zero ncigs.
