Baseline now runs with US or synthpop input population. Infrastructure all in place and working fine, although FertilityIPF (new fertility module) and generate_ipf_fertility_data (script in DG for producing births and population tables for use at runtime) currently empty/not doing anything.

Rate table iteration (to match to reference TFR value) broken at this point in fertility_ipf.match_rate_table. generate_ipf_fertility_data running nicely though.

All now running, including all visualisation and plots, e.g. TFR by ethnic group and ASFR by age bracket, both vs. reference data/projections. Two final jobs to complete:

  1. Differentiate parity and no-parity runs in add_new_births_cohort.FertilityIPF.
  2. Allow specification of max parity value; config file?

All four configs (with/without parity, with/without synthpop) now running to completion.
