…v5 team - engine/models/providers.json: add cn-mimo to fast tier, introduce ultra_long_context role (>200K tokens, cross-repo analysis) that defaults to cn-mimo - ~/.claude/teams/civagent-v5/config.json (local, not in repo): add civ-byzantine as 5th civilization, backed by cc-mimo — Byzantium's archive-heavy administrative tradition matches MiMo's 1M context Depends on LeoLin990405/cn-cc#1 for the /cn:mimo slash command.

Adds
cn-mimoprovider (Xiaomi MiMo, 1M ctx) and a newultra_long_contextrole. Byzantium joins the v5 tournament team as the 5th civ (team config is local-only, noted in commit). Paired with cn-cc#1.
