Code repository for reproducing figures in the manuscript of TraceQC.
Each folder contains the complete data analysis scripts of a lineage tracing platform. All the data described in the manuscript can be downloaded using 010_get_data.R.
For each platform, the scripts are indexed by the execution order. The benchmark folder is used to generate the figures in the manuscript.
