Fixed many incorrect stats + parameters + recheckked near all npc stats. for 254.

Some sound and animation changes for npc.
Some config names changed. Also corresponding to 377 versions.
Added some missing parameter stuff for Macro_npc.
Lists have been organized somewhat so that they look almost the same externally.
Their npc stats have been rechecked. Monster examine data for which has been collected from osrs and for them the stats should match 1:1
Some wanderrange information has been changed / added
Some unnecessary parameters have been removed from certain npc that do not need them and probably do not have them either but this information cannot be confirmed because they cannot be seen/checked anywhere.
It's almost complete now
if anything is wrong I'll fix it later.
