Features

• Add database support: save text locations to a database, allowing multi-server support and location adjustments to be made of a dev server. If you're upgrading from a previous version and want to switch to using a database instead of json files, use the !importtext command to import your existing json locations into the database.
• Added backgrounds. Optionally enable a background behind the text to make it easier to read.
• Added z-offset. Allows you to adjust how many units above where you're standing that the bottom line of the text group will be placed.
• Moved text settings to the text group level. You can now adjust background, text alignment, font size/scale, and z-offset on a per group basis instead of having these settings applied to every group.
• Added a menu that allows you to make small adjustments to text that has been placed. Use the !mlist command to adjust location or rotation. Requires CS2MenuManager API.

Changed plugin name from WallText to WorldText. Config folder + maps folder will need to be moved!
