Textadept 13 alpha custom build for Windows 7

This is a custom build against Qt 6.8.3 to allow the DLLs from the qt6windows7 project to work. I've pre-bundled it with those DLLs.

This is by no means to promote using an outdated OS. The VM I tested on is airgapped for a reason!
However Windows 7 is very nostalgic for me so I love that I can run my favourite code editor there. Most of the modules seem to work too! As a tip, make a shortcut and pass --style WindowsVista so it looks just like most other Windows apps. Also you will need to make sure UCRT is installed.
