Pull Request Overview
This PR restructures manipulation technique definitions by replacing the "Stéréotypes" technique with "Effet de retournement (Backfire Effect)", moving "Biais de confirmation" from the Mémoriser phase to the Informer phase, and introducing "Stéréotype implicite" as a new technique in the Mémoriser phase. The changes better distinguish between different cognitive biases and their phases.
Key changes:
- Replaces TE0221 "Stéréotypes" with "Effet de retournement (Backfire Effect)" focused on belief reinforcement despite contradictory evidence
- Adds TE0222 "Biais de confirmation" in the Informer phase with comprehensive keywords for confirmation-seeking behavior
- Replaces TE0321 "Biais de confirmation" with "Stéréotype implicite" in the Mémoriser phase, focusing on unconscious social biases

The 'Effet de retournement (Backfire Effect)' technique is assigned to tactic TA0022 ('Généralisation et renforcement de stéréotypes'), but the backfire effect is about belief reinforcement in the face of contradictory evidence, not about stereotypes or generalizations. This technique would be better aligned with TA0032 ('Renforcement pré-existant') which focuses on 'Activation de croyances déjà établies'.

Keywords 'comme prévu', 'as expected', 'évidemment', 'obviously', 'logiquement', 'logically', and 'forcément'/'inevitably' overlap with tactic TA0032 keywords (lines 758-765). This duplication may cause confusion in classification and should be reviewed to ensure each technique has distinct identifiers or that the overlap is intentional.
