fix: remove unverified address headers

Description

• Issue: Addresses in the headers were unverified, including the sender's, but replace_header only replaces the first instance and doesn't remove the sender's address from other places
• Here, we remove all the problematic headers while preserving the original sender and subject headers
• We also add email scanning to help filter spam
