Steps I followed:
- Create repository in GitHub: "vlabtestrepo"
- Create project in RStudio and link to GitHub repository: SOURCE_FOLDER = "D:/vlabtestrepo"
- Commit "Publish repository"
- Download s2topng.zip - Extract files
- Create subfolder "s2topng" in SOURCE_FOLDER and add in it the two files: "run.sh", "sentinel2A_to_rgb.py"
- Commit "Model code files downloaded"
