Fix issue #106

Description

I successfully resolved the dependency issue (#106) by:

Adding the missing dependency @babel/plugin-proposal-private-property-in-object to the devDependencies in your package.json

Motivation and Context

Aims to solve the dependency issue #106

How Has This Been Tested?

Installing the dependencies with npm install
Verifying that the application compiles without the warning
