This change rewrites the README.md file to provide a clear and concise overview of the Baritone Docs MCP project.

Changes:

  • Centered Layout: All sections, including titles, descriptions, and tables, are individually wrapped in <div align="center"> tags for a consistent visual style.
  • Modern Badges: Added Version, License, and Status badges with style=for-the-badge.
  • Feature Table: A centered table listing key features (Refresh Docs, Search Docs, Read Doc, Resource Access).
  • Project Structure Table: A centered table outlining the purpose of key files and directories (src/index.ts, src/tools/, scraper/, etc.).
  • Content Updates: The description and feature list were derived from a codebase analysis to ensure accuracy.
