Description
changes entity id limit to be a bit higher, fixes missing Entity.cpp from server files

Previous Behavior
the client would hit 2048 entities and anything before wouldnt be tracked or would crash the client
Root Cause
i dont think they thought that more than 2048 ents could reasonably be in a world on older hardware
New Behavior
increased limit

Fix Implementation
changed the base 2048 entity id limit in multiple places to 16384
