Reverts the old difficulty bar in PnlStage, removing the new grade icon system.

Usage

• Install MelonLoader into Muse Dash based on the dependency listed below
• Download the latest release and place it in your Mods folder

Dependencies

• MelonLoader v0.6.1
• Muse Dash on Steam

Building

• Install MelonLoader into Muse Dash and run it once
• Run SetPath.cmd as administrator and follow the instructions
• Build tested with Visual Studio 2022, MelonLoader 0.6.1, Muse Dash 5.3.0
• DO NOT use MelonLoader 0.6.2, it is incredibly broken. Newer versions may work, but are untested.
