The `io_loop` keyword argument has been removed in Tornado 5.0, remove it from the calls to `tornado.ioloop.PeriodicCallback`
Removed ignored argument `aspect` in call to `pygraphviz.AGraph` RuntimeWarning: The aspect attribute has been disabled due to implementation flaws - attribute ignored.
