Milestone 3

1. Firebase mostly done
2. Recipe API switched services provider to Recipe Puppy
3. Vision API changed from Google Cloud Vision to MLKit Text dection, it is not implemented to the code base yet, however we demonstrate that we are able to use it with the additional Xcode project included, should be within the folder named visionAPI
