This wrapper layer is supposed to pass non-FLAC related calls directly to ZenLib::File (as it does now). A later commit will add transparent handling of FLAC files

This is only a rough first attempt at getting FLAC support in BWFMetaEdit. I've only changed the GNU CLI build system.
I'd like some feedback on the direction this is going.
