The Create an SMB volume for Azure NetAppFiles was linking to the create-active-directory-connections article (which may be needed). The NetApp SAP Applications on Microsoft Azure using Azure NetApp Files link to a PDF on NetApp.com was dead. Replaced with a link to their general SAP on Azure page.
