This change implements the "Available Items Service", which serves the main purpose of handling configuration changes and updating the items that can be used to generate results.
Now, the logic is no longer split over the inventory service and the webworker, but in one place.
This also means that we can now utilize this to show warnings or to show how many items can be used per slot.
