2470: Fix loading issues in analytics

Feature for #2470

• Added analytics/students_controller.rb to serve student frame according to groups selected
• Added analytics/students/_student_select.html.erb view and analytics/students/select.html.erb turbo frame
• Updated general and subject analytics to use multiselect component for groups
• Updated general and subject analytics to use date filtering
• Modified sql.rb definitions to use optional date parameters
• Updated analytics_filter_controller.js with methods to dynamically set student dropdown
• Added a couple of specs
