update 1 (Oct 27)

I'm testing performance issue with single numa node setup, especially when on numa node 0. I will try another set up using 4 cores from each numa node, and span Hugepage across numa, this way not all core in a numa node will be isolcpu. Things I'm trying:

• isolcpu
• huageapge
• numa span
• network passthrough vs. bridge
• ACS override enable/disable
