I'm a DPhil student in Biochemistry at Khalid Group at the University of Oxford. My research focuses on using multiscale computational methods to understand and optimise potential antibiotic agents against Gram-negative bacteria.
- 🔭 I’m currently working on analyzing polymer/proteins-membrane interactions from my simulations.
- 💻 My main analysis tool is MDAnalysis, which I use within Jupyter Notebooks.
- 🌱 I’m interested in membrane biophysics, MD simulations, and high-performance computing (HPC).
