So having found the save option with the description, thought maybe i will spot a save option on the edit file. Afterall it says edit. So what is edit without saving?
So I got out my pencil and explored what happens next Anothe commit?
So I write some more and record the options it gives below. Commit and what else? It asks me whether I want to create anew branch and start a pull request! So i think I am finally on a roll!
