Ports Delta-V

• Add sticky notes DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#2853
• Add Papermoon dyed paper reams DeltaV-Station/Delta-v#2864

By sowelipililimute, aka densetsu

Also replaces the 15 sheets of paper with a box of paper instead. Much tidier.

Because the bureaucracy crate lived in the same place as the janitor crate, I uncommented the cleanades. Enjoy easy cleaning.
