Hi 👋, I'm Morris Simons

A passionate Ai & Machine Learning student from Sweden

  • Tech Stack

    • Demo tools: Figma and Lovable for MVPs
    • Deployment of Python tools: I like to use Streamlit or vercel
    • Deep Learning: Mostly PyTorch.
    • Cloud Providers: Linode <3, AWS and Google. I know how to use Docker; Kubernetees, Scaleway
    • General purpose: Python—to do things.
    • Low-level: C++ and C.
    • Marketing: Google Ads, Bing, Google Display, Snapchat, Instagram/Facebook (Meta), and Pinterest. Handling marketing budgets of over $35,000 USD.
    • Web: Clerk, React, Tailwind, CSS, PHP?, Postman ❤️, Stripe ❤️, Google Tag Manager/Analytics (Optimize A/B testing), Sinch (SMS and Mailgun), Twilio, Chatwoot, etc. JavaScript and TypeScript as well.
    • Infra: Redis etc.
    • Databases: Directus, PostgreSQL, MySQL, Supabase and MongoDB. Currently Learning Knowledge Graphs, GraphDB(SPARQL) and Property graphs (Neo4j).
    • Data Prepping: Private server with Dataiku, Label Studio, Pandas, BeautifulSoup (bs4). I also have experience with GEO data (Google and Mapbox). PII masking with SOTA masking tools and NLPs with similar performance. I have done a lot of web scraping in my life and reverse engineering.
    • Monitoring: Grafana is cool for infra. I mostly use Tmux to monitor servers aswell. Posthog ❤️ and Apache superset analytics.
    • OS: Been using Ubuntu for the last 2-3 years, but now mostly Mac.
