This version of operators_platform agrees with the folders hierarchy defined in barcelona.
Inside src there's a docker-build folder with the Dockerfile and the scripts to publish the docker, including the source connector for kafka-connect.
php files have been change because they're not working. it required and extensive review by @Legkw to guarantee that it makes sense.
