This PR introduces the activity directive builder - modeled from the activity filter builder for timeline editing - to build an activity directive prior to actual creation on the timeline.
Testing
Currently the only way to open the directive builder is through a dedicated button underneath the
Activity, Resource, Event Typessidebar panel.Clicking on the plus within a circle button will open the directive builder.
