… Replace hardcoded github.com/NASA-AMMOS/aerie URLs with github.com/NASA-AMMOS/plandev across documentation, issue templates, build config, and code comments. Also updates references to aerie-ui and aerie-gateway repos to their plandev-* equivalents. Docker image names, Java packages, env vars, and other internal identifiers are intentionally left unchanged.
