TINY Market Protocol

A speculative protocol specification for the near-future of capital markets, where solo founders and tiny teams list on an agent-native exchange.

ソロ起業家と少人数チームがAIエージェント主導の取引所に上場する、 近未来の資本市場プロトコル仕様(思想的草案)。

Status

🌱 Seed stage. No implementation yet. Open for discussion, forking, and improvement.

This repository is a document, not a product. A call to builders, not a company.

Why This Exists

Between 2025 and 2035, three forces are reshaping capital markets:

  1. Solopreneurs are achieving 5.7× revenue-per-employee via AI tooling (AI-native startup avg: $3.48M/employee vs traditional SaaS $610K/employee).
  2. Traditional VC is collapsing under the DPI crisis (2018-vintage funds sitting at ~0.6× DPI vs historical 0.8×).
  3. IPO markets have shrunk to a fraction of their 1990s size (US: median 158/year in 1980-2019 → 90 in 2025, with median IPO age 13-14 years).

The existing capital stack was built for a world of 200-person companies scaling to 2,000. The next decade's winners will be tiny teams scaling to massive revenue without ever adding headcount.

They need a market designed for them.

This repository outlines what that market could look like.

The TINY / AGORA Distinction

This repository explores two complementary ideas:

  • TINY — A listing venue with radical criteria (≤10 employees, ARR ≥ $500K, profitable, no VC > $10M). A stock exchange where smallness is the virtue.
  • AGORA — An agent-native trading layer where human investors express intent and autonomous AI agents execute 24/7/365.

They can exist separately. They can compose. This protocol specifies both.

How to Contribute

This is a public-domain seed. We welcome:

  • Fork it. Take these ideas and build something better.
  • File an AIP. Propose improvements via pull request. See aips/aip-template.md.
  • Translate. translations/ accepts any language.
  • Cite contradicting evidence. Open an Issue if data undermines the thesis.
  • Implement a fragment. Even a demo matters.

See CONTRIBUTING.md.

What This Is Not

  • ❌ Not a company. Not a token. Not an ICO.
  • ❌ Not legal, financial, or investment advice.
  • ❌ Not a prediction of certainty — only of plausibility.
  • ❌ Not the work of a single author — it is a seed for collective authorship.

What This Is

  • ✅ A structured thought experiment grounded in 2025 data.
  • ✅ A specification vocabulary for builders and regulators.
  • ✅ An invitation to a conversation that must happen.
