To be rebased on top of #1100 when we are happy with that.
The breast features card on the medical information page should show the breast diagram, but it should be read only, with no interactive bits.

Probably want to refactor so that the form and input live inside the jinja component. Then we can pass in params for the features and whether its readonly.
