Health icon rework (w.i.p)

adds iSize and animated icon. but pixel icon doesnt support

I guess that's it.
I tried to add a pixel icon, but for some reason it doesn't work out for me. I used a "scale" first, but it looks terrible. I decided to use a "size" and even almost succeeded. But the code decided to disappoint and for some reason gave out a null object reference (wtf). Then I spent 30 minutes fixing it and couldn't fix it. I had to roll back and stop working on the icons cus i want to sleep. 3 a.m. nightmare :)
