Description
This changes the download url for the GSHHS coastline dataset after NCEI ceased to host it. Script unst_msh_gen/regional/MeshGenDirectory/DownloadShapeFiles.sh now downloads GSHHS from /www.soest.hawaii.edu where it is still hosted.
