…culate the total_wetdep_dust and send to coupler. Currently, omitting the dust_wet_dep diagnostic from the diag_table results in no dust wet deposition sent to the ocean BGC module.
… in moist_processes.F90, as running the model with an empty diag table had resulted in answer changes. Removing this flag forces the model to compute the wet deposition removal from tracers regardless of diagnostics requested.

Bug fix from Fabien Paulot and myself. This will remove the dependency on wet deposition diagnostics to calculate the total_wetdep_dust and send to coupler. Currently, omitting the dust_wet_dep diagnostic from the diag_table results in no dust wet deposition sent to the ocean BGC module, which impacts plankton dynamics.
